Penny Lancaster cuts a low-key figure in an all-black outfit as she arrives at Heathrow Airport with husband Rod Stewart and their sons Alastair and Aiden

They recently enjoyed a fun-packed family holiday to Hawaii.

But it was snap back to reality for Penny Lancaster, Rod Stewart and their sons Alastair and Aiden as they arrived back on home turf on Saturday.

The former lingerie model nailed jet-setting style and comfort as she opted for a low-key, all-black outfit for her arrival to Heathrow Airport, London.

Penny, 44, struck the perfect balance between smart and casual as she slipped into a pair of black jeans, which featured sporadic rips, a plain V-neck top and a shaggy cardigan-coat.

A pair of cowboy-style heeled ankle boots, a black and white shoulder handbag and a pair of mirrored sunglasses worn atop her head completed her look.

She wore her hair in a fairly natural loose style with a light layer of make-up hiding any potential signs of jet lag.

Rod Stewart heats Klitschko and a Fury

When heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko on October 24, 2015 defended his belt against Tyson Fury, another Briton is in addition to the 2.06-meter giant step into the ring, and even before the big world title fight: presents rock icon Rod Stewart ahead of the epic battle an exclusive live performance!

At the same time Stewart celebrates with his appearance in the ESPRIT arena in Düsseldorf the release of his brand new album 'Another Country' which appears on October 23, just one day before the boxing match. Not only the 55,000 spectators in the ESPRIT arena, but more than 100 million TV viewers in 150 countries where the fight will be broadcast live, can look forward to another giant next to the two boxers thus.

With 'Another Country' leads Stewart continued the latest chapter in his successful career, he had begun with the 2013 released album 'Time' and thus confirmed as one of the greatest songwriters and storytellers of rock music impressively. With his incomparable voice, his unique approach as a songwriter and his acclaimed live shows, it's Rod Stewart managed to advance to one of the most successful and most enduring musical icons of all time.

Klitschko a big fan

In the five decades that now spans his career, the Briton has sold more than 200 million albums and singles worldwide. Moreover, Stewart was taken equal to twice in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he received 18 Grammy nominations, and in 2007 awarded him the Queen the title of 'Commander of the British Empire' for his services to the music. In 2012 he landed with his autobiography on the bestseller list of the New York Times, and his last published album "Time" ranked UK number one in the album charts - which Stewart, who recently dominated the UK album charts 37 years before that, even the record for the largest interval between two # 1 albums in England erected. While the previous album in this country is also the top 5 of the album charts stirred up, gave him "Time" in the States his greatest success since 1979th

Wladimir Klitschko's comment on performance of Stewart: "I am a great fan of Rod Stewart, but unfortunately I had previously never had the opportunity to look at me one of his concerts. He's a megastar, one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Having him with an appearance at my title defense, is the hammer and the fans in the stadium and in front of the screens great cinema! "

"I'm excited and it's an honor for me to participate in this historic boxing match," Stewart said of the exclusive live performance .. "I am looking forward to perform for my fans in Germany and around the world. I'm going to the Hall of Vladimir and Tyson einheizen, but let the gloves until I've left the stage again! "

Brushing up on the local club scene, Rod? Veteran rocker sweeps LA sidewalk before partying with daughter Kimberly Stewart

He's a veteran star who still likes to party.

And Rod Stewart was particularly keen to brush up on the local LA club scene when he was spotted out and about on Wednesday night - literally.

The raspy rocker was seen sweeping the sidewalk as he entered a nightspot in downtown Beverly Hills, where he caused quite a commotion.

Wearing a pair of skinny jeans with his trademark checked jacket and open-neck shirt, the 70 year-old surprised onlookers with the public joke.

Emerging from his vehicle carrying the brush, he proceeded to sweep the pavement outside of the venue - seemingly oblivious to the crowd before him.

Less unaware was daughter Kimberly Stewart, who seemed a tad embarrassed by his quirky sense of humour.

Looking glam as she surfaced, the reality TV star turned heads in a lave, turquoise dress which featured both a plunging neckline and a short hem.

Wearing her blonde hair down in a poker-straight style, she'd clearly glammed-up for the occasion.

She also put on a leggy display with some knee-high leather boots.

Fortunately, she had some familial support in the guise of brother Sean.

Still, he's also brought his fair share of drama to the E! series, after he was arrested for disappearing into the restricted area on the conveyor belt at Miami airport, earlier this year.

He also contracted toxoplasmosis, an eye infection, after allowing his dog to lick him all over his face when he threw the pooch a birthday party.

Johnnie Walker Meets Rod Stewart

In this special programme, Johnnie Walker talks to Rod Stewart.

Johnnie is in conversation with one of the UK’s most popular performers and songwriters, whose voice is just as distinctive and strong now as it was with The Jeff Beck Group and The Faces in the ‘60s and ‘70s.

Rod is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold over 100 million records worldwide. He has had six consecutive number one albums in the UK and 62 hit singles (31 in the top 10 and six that reached the number one spot), as well as 16 top 10 singles in the US (four at number one). In 2007, he received a CBE for services to music.

Rod talks in-depth to Johnnie about his love for the UK, his family, football, the armed forces, and his triumphant return to songwriting. He also looks ahead to his special appearance at BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park on 13th September.

Rod Stewart pays monster bar bill after dozens of Celtic supporters took up his offer of a free drink in Las Vegas

THE star posted a tweet last week inviting fans to turn up at former Rangers trialist Gordon Ramsay’s pub wearing the Hoops

ROD Stewart is today waking up to a monster bar bill after dozens of Celtic supporters took up his offer of a free drink in Las Vegas.

The star posted a tweet last week inviting fans to turn up at former Rangers trialist Gordon Ramsay’s pub wearing the Hoops.

A video posted on the official Caesars Palace Twitter feed shows Rod, 70, being besieged by fans after completing his fourth year in residency at the Colosseum on Sunday

The world famous resort’s 45,500 followers were also treated to pictures of the celebrations along with the tweet: “It’s a @rodstewart & @celticfc takeover at @GordonRamsay’s #GRPub!”

And alongside the video it posted: “Thanks to @rodstewart it’s free drinks at @GordonRamsay’s #GRPub for anyone in a @celticfc jersey tonight!”

Some devotees even had Rod’s name on the back of their Celtic shirts.

But the veteran rocker was keen to ensure it didn’t get too out of hand by only rewarding fans who had been at the gig.

Before the final show of his 2015 run he tweeted: “Don’t forget to bring your ticket stub to the pub after Sunday’s show. Pints for concert attendees in @CelticFC jerseys!”

Rod initially posted the special offer to his 226,000 Twitter followers on Friday.

He wrote: “To celebrate a very successful @CaesarsPalace run, after Sunday’s show, wear a @celticfc shirt to Gordon Ramsays Pub & I’ll buy you a beer.”

Nearly 400,000 fans have seen “Rod Stewart: The Hits” since its debut in 2011 and the star has already signed a lucrative deal for 2016.

Celebrity chef Ramsay has yet to respond to the tweets but, to be fair, he was competing in a half Ironman triathlon yesterday.

He may be 70 years-old.

But Rod Stewart is still capable of painting the town red - as he proved when he stepped out with wife Penny Lancaster on Thursday evening.

The pair cut glamorous figures as they dined out in West Hollywood to celebrate signing on for his fifth year as a resident performer at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.

With his trademark hair fashionably styled, he looked considerably younger than his years.

Meanwhile, Penny amped-up the glamour in a flattering LBD which showed off her long legs and ample cleavage.

Together, they seemed top appreciate some alone time - especially given the size of Rod's family.

Rod’s fans famously turn up for his Las Vegas gigs wearing the green and white hoops.

And the singer tweeted a special offer to his 226,000 Twitter followers: “To celebrate a very successful @CaesarsPalace run, after Sunday’s show, wear a @celticfc shirt to Gordon Ramsays Pub & I’ll buy you a beer.”

This weekend will see the veteran rocker complete his fourth year in residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Nearly 400,000 fans have seen “Rod Stewart: The Hits” since its debut in 2011 and the star has already signed a lucrative deal for 2016.

In 2012 we told how Celtic fans Frank Donahue and Frank Quinn capped their team’s title triumph - by taking to the Caesars Palace stage with Rod.

Los Angeles-based Donahue, 49, and Quinn, 55, who lives in Ontario, Canada, were among a group of Hoops supporters who joined the singer during the rocker’s sold-out residency.

The Celtic-daft star invited all the audience members sporting his team’s strip to come up and sing You’re In My Heart.

Delighted Manny and Jean Allbeury from Vancouver were also among those who got to meet their idol on stage - after seeing him live in concert 225 times.

Rod also treated fans to a drink in Ramsay’s pub after his 2014 run at Cesars Palace ended last November.

But the dad-of-eight faces an eye-watering bar bill this weekend as he has never flagged up the deal in advance before.

Rod, 70, is currently preparing for the release of his 30th solo studio album, Another Country.

Ramsay played a couple of non-league matches for Rangers as a trialist but a knee injury ended his dream of becoming a professional.

He has since become one of the world’s most famous chefs and his group now runs 25 restaurants in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

Rod Stewart to Reunite with Faces at Charity Show

The Faces will be among the artists performing at the Rock 'n' Horsepower at Hurtwood Park Polo Club in Ewhurst, Surrey on September 5. The band will reunite for a short set in support of prostate cancer, including Rod Stewart, who will join Ronnie Wood and Kenney Jones (keyboardist Ian McLagan passed away last year and Ronnie Lane died in 1997) for a rare performance.

On the reunion, Stewart said, "This year is the 40th anniversary since The Faces parted ways so it’s about time we got together for a jam! Being in The Faces back in the day was a whirlwind of madness but my God, it was beyond brilliant. We are pleased to be able to support Prostate Cancer UK."

Jones added, "The years of The Faces were some of the best of my life and I’m so proud to have been a part of the band. I’m unbelievably excited to have the opportunity to get up on stage with Rod and Ronnie again. Ronnie Lane and Ian McLagan will be dearly missed but we’ll raise a glass to them.”

As Consequence of Sound notes, Stewart was initially slated to reunite with the band for their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction but was forced to bow out after coming down with an illness.

Steve Harley

Steve Harley will perform at Kenney Jones's Rock 'N Horsepower Festival, in aid of Prostate Cancer Research, Saturday, June 13th.

Jim Cregan and Barry Wickens will accompany Steve on A Friend For Life, and the big house band, including many top session musicians, will back him for Make Me Smile.
